Job summary

DMI is seeking a Systems Network Administrator Lead to own and manage enterprise platforms across a nationwide DoD environment. The role leads the Outage Response Team, ensures service levels, and coordinates a contractor team for 24/7 operations, including COOP and disaster recovery.

The ideal candidate will have DoD 8140.03 qualification, ITIL v4 certification, and extensive experience with IPv4/IPv6, Windows/UNIX, VMware ESXi, and security practices under RMF. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Must hold DoD 8140.03 qualification for the assigned work role (e.g., Security+ CE).
• ITIL v4 Manager or ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher required.
• Five+ years leading enterprise IT teams across geographically separated locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems and network administration for enterprise platforms.
• Oversee 24/7 outage response, COOP and disaster recovery.
• Ensure operations meet defined service levels and RMF security requirements.
• Coordinate contractor teams for operations and maintenance of networks.
• Act as primary contact during outages with agencies and vendors.
