Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Lead System Integrator for the Cooking Category. You will act as the primary technical program leader, bridging BUs, subsystems, and manufacturing to drive end-to-end execution of complex cooking platforms including ovens, ranges, cooktops, and microwaves.

You will own design validation, V&V plans, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to deliver robust products that meet safety standards and business targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Aerospace).
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end product architecture and complex subsystem interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPI delivery following the WPD 2.0 framework with On Cost, On Time, On Quality KPIs.
• Evaluate system-level design, cost, quality, and time trade-offs for thermodynamics and power delivery.
• Lead design reviews with subsystem teams, V&V strategists, and architects.
• Own design validation plans and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory codes.
• Lead virtual product development and verification plans for a robust launch.
• Collaborate with SMEs to secure product attribute leadership and validate claims.
• Oversee Critical Parameters Measurement and documentation ahead of builds.
• Ensure flawless EBOM creation, release, and management in PLM across development phases.
• Lead engineering builds up to SOP and participate in plant integration.
