Whirlpool Corporation in the United States seeks a Lead System Integrator for the Cooking Category to serve as the primary technical program leader and structural bridge between Business Units, engineering subsystems, and manufacturing execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a strong systems approach.
• 10+ years in end-to-end product architecture development and systems engineering.
• Experience with DFMEA, PPAP and cross-functional design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Drive NPI delivery following the WPD 2.0 framework and meet On Cost, On Time, On Quality KPIs.
• Evaluate system-level design, cost, quality, and time trade-offs for power delivery and smart interfaces.
• Lead technical design reviews with subsystem teams, V&V strategists and architects.
• Formulate Design Validation Plans and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Drive Virtual Product Development and verify with physical test plans for launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and legal to validate product claims.
• Oversee EBOM release and manage parts data using PDLM tools across development Phases.
• Lead engineering builds up to SOP and travel to Tulsa/Cleveland plants for integration.
