Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Lead, Integration & Test Engineer to own system integration, testing, and operational adoption of complex communications systems. You will configure hardware/software, diagnose issues, and train users for mission-ready operations.

Essential functions include leading cross-functional teams through installation, upgrades, and training, maintaining readiness of diving systems, and occasional travel to support integration efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of related experience.
Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams through manufacturing, installation, commissioning, refurbishment and operation of saturation and surface diving systems.
Maintain operational readiness of saturation diving systems and life-support equipment.
Build, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware packages to roll out upgrades and deploy applications.
Train users and internal teams to use updated systems effectively.
Occasional travel to support training and system integration at different locations.
