L3Harris Technologies, Melbourne, FL is seeking an Integration & Test Lead to oversee automated and manual test activities for enterprise releases. You will develop test plans, lead engineers, and ensure defects are resolved with strong collaboration across Systems, Software, and senior I&T teams.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and hands-on experience with SysML, MBSE, and test automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years; in lieu of a degree, 13+ years experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Familiar with MBSE/MBT, SysML, Eggplant or similar testing tools, Jira/Confluence, and Scaled Agile/DevSecOps.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small team of Integration and Test engineers.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing for high-assurance software.
• Identify, record, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, and senior engineers to support validation and verification.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements and test methodology.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including SysML-based models.
• Support development of the Test Automation suite.
