Job summary

Titan Technologies is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to support a mission-focused Government customer by delivering the full lifecycle of services needed to advance and modernize critical software capabilities.

The Lead System Engineer will guide multi-discipline teams across requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, services development, integration, test and evaluation, maintainability and analysis.

Qualifications

DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
5+ years developing system architecture and design documentation.
Experience in the Intelligence Community environments.
SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, requirements engineering, testing, and integration.
Familiarity with government information sharing frameworks and interoperability requirements.

Responsibilities

Guide multi-level engineering teams across requirements, architecture, scheduling, reliability, integration, testing, evaluation, and system analysis.
Lead planning and traceability activities for user requirements, architecture alignment, and procedures.
Oversee development of technical solutions and system designs informed by requirements analysis and new opportunities.
Support Government in translating mission needs into system requirements and allocating them to architecture components.
Contribute to systems integration efforts across multiple systems, services, processes, and interfaces.
