Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Systems Engineer on a complex development project involving hardware and software.
• Experience gathering and implementing system requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Translate mission-level objectives into CONOPS.
• Review designs across all development phases (conceptual to detailed).
• Contribute to verification and validation test plans and reviews.
• Provide status reports and risk assessments for multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in crafting executive-level briefing materials.
