Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, with focus on electromechanical and robotics products.
Experience across all phases of the product development lifecycle for complex systems.
Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama Connect).
Experience with risk management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead systems engineering activities within the vial and central solutions portfolio products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to post-market support.
Define and document system requirements, architecture, and design specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Perform complex system-level analysis including FMEA and hazard analysis.
Develop and execute verification and validation plans and protocols.
Collaborate cross-functionally with software, hardware, and other teams to ensure seamless product development.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues using root cause analysis.
Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and tools.
Represent systems engineering in technical reviews, design discussions, and regulatory audits.
