Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years; or 12+ years in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Windows System/Network Administrator in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu Linux OS.
• Experience supporting Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, networking, PowerShell, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, client systems, backup systems, network infrastructure, and databases.
• Support engineering applications, processes, and databases for systems at the Palm Bay site and WAN.
• Build, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers for program requirements.
• Perform regular updates, patching, and hardening to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to meet program requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical issues and risks clearly to management and non-technical stakeholders.
