• Plan, design, develop, and verify lifecycle‑balanced system‑of‑systems solutions.
• Translate customer and operational needs into system performance requirements; integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility of interfaces.
• Manage technical supplier activities to ensure verification and validation of requirements.
• Support requirements decomposition and allocation, including development of certification plans.
• Identify and resolve cross‑functional technical issues.
• Contribute to proposal development and Basis of Estimates / EAC.
• Define and execute risk mitigation and opportunity plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer organizations to support program objectives.
