Job summary

You will work closely with Project Management, Operations, and Sales to ensure designs meet performance, safety, manufacturability, and cost targets, while advancing engineering standards and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7+ years designing industrial machinery or material handling systems.
• Proven experience leading mechanical engineering teams.
• Strong background in heavy industrial design for capital equipment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers focused on capital equipment and material handling systems.
• Oversee mechanical design of conveyors, stackers, and other industrial equipment used in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Provide technical direction, design oversight, and coaching across projects.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and Sales to ensure designs are production-ready.
