Job summary

The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City is seeking a Systems Engineer - Hydraulics and Fuels (Experienced or Lead) to join the SEIT team. You will act as SME for hydraulics and fuels, lead SE efforts, and ensure technical quality across the lifecycle of this defense program.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct trade studies, develop requirements, and coordinate hardware/software integration and testing across labs in OKC and other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent
• 5+ years related work experience in hydraulics/fuels systems
• Experience in aerospace/defense is preferred
• Experience in systems engineering processes and lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Operate as SMEs on Hydraulics and Fuels subsystems.
• Lead systems engineering efforts for SEIT IPT and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and QA to implement SE processes.
• Conduct trade studies and risk assessments to optimize design, cost and schedule.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, interfaces, and verification plans.
• Oversee hardware/software integration in System Integration Labs in OKC.
• Support ground and flight test activities and data analysis.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
