Qualifications

• Demonstrated systems engineering leadership across multidisciplinary programs.
• Strong ability to define stakeholder needs, system context and operational scenarios.
• Experience developing and managing requirements and traceability.
• Experience with architecture, interfaces, and system behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities for complex programs, starting with NPD and expanding to project execution and asset management.
• Define stakeholder needs, system context, operating environments, and use cases.
• Develop and maintain requirements, baselines, and traceability across the product lifecycle.
• Create architectures, FFBDs, interface control documents, and data flows including hardware-software interactions.
• Coordinate change control, impact assessments, and artifact traceability.
• Incorporate reliability, safety, cybersecurity, human factors, and quality considerations into system definitions.
• Support multiple projects and participate in customer/supplier discussions on requirements and verification strategies.
• Develop templates, review technical work, coach teams, and promote best practices.
