Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to lead design efforts for Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) in hyperscale data centers and similar critical facilities. The role involves directing design teams, coordinating with BIM/Revit/AutoCAD resources, and guiding client-facing engineering work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Hands-on BAS/EPMS design experience is required or 2 years of related installation/testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS and EPMS design for projects, including DDC and PLC-based systems.
• Develop client standards, basis of design, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with BIM resources and vendors for interface requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; manage project reporting and planning.
