Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Lead Systems Engineering Architect to guide the design and governance of the DoD hybrid enterprise, defining data flows, security boundaries, and cloud-to on-prem integration.

You will lead AoAs, develop cost-benefit analyses, manage the MBSE repository using SysML, and collaborate with Architecture Review Boards to ensure JCWA alignment and Zero Trust goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture design, govern hybrid DoD enterprise using MBSE (SysML).
• Conduct AoA analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and articulate trade-offs for architecture decisions.
• Maintain the enterprise architecture artifact repository and align with JCWA directives.
• Support governance boards (ERB/ARB/CCB) with architecture artifacts and justifications.
