Qualifications

• 7 years IT experience in requirements, business processes, fit-gap analyses, and functional designs.
• 7 years eliciting and writing high quality functional and technical requirements.
• 7 years creating and reviewing test plans and test cases.
• 7 years logging, analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting defects.
• 5 years of written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
• 1.5 years of project management experience on IT projects.
• 1 year working for a state or federal government agency.
• 1 year supporting organizational change management through user testing sessions, training planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements through use cases, user stories, and design documents.
• Create and review test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Log, analyze, test, and troubleshoot defects in test and production environments.
• Support organizational change management through user testing sessions and training delivery.
