Job summary

MVP Consulting Plus is seeking an Expert, Systems Analyst in a 30 month contract. The role requires extensive stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and system design across multiple initiatives.

You will translate requirements, design secure scalable solutions, and coordinate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include documenting BRDs/FRDs, data and process analysis with SQL/BI tools, and supporting SIT/UAT to validate

Qualifications

84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including development of presentations and materials promoting rethinking of core business processes.
84 months experience as Lead Business Analyst on projects using BPM methodologies to define current processes and remodel designs.
84 months experience on Business Requirements Project as lead Analyst applying strategies to gather and document requirements.
Possession of a valid (active) IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA certification.
60 Months experience transforming legacy databases (MS Access) into enterprise relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
60 Months experience as liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and developers translating requirements into designs.
48 Months experience using system modeling and design tools (MS Visio, UML, ERD) to map data structures and workflows.
48 months experience building multi-tier .Net Framework/.Net Core web apps using C# and ASP.Net MVC/Forms.
Master’s Degree in a computer or technology related field.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
System Solutioning & Design: Propose and design modern, maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
System Understanding: Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure feasibility and alignment with existing systems.
Data & Process Analysis: Use SQL, Excel, or BI tools to analyze data, validate assumptions, and identify automation opportunities.
Documentation & Communication: Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Testing & Validation: Support SIT/UAT, write test cases, ensure delivered solutions meet goals.
