Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a senior Systems Administrator to lead and manage the server and storage infrastructure in our Illinois on-site environment. You will design, deploy, and maintain large-scale IT systems, including virtualization, storage, and AD security, while supporting critical business applications and DR processes.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience, strong skills in Exchange, AD, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix XenApp, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Broad technology background with strong server and storage experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads System Administrator peers to design, develop, manage and implement medium to large IT projects on time and on budget.
• Acts as IT project lead on business unit applications and determines hardware/software requirements for critical business applications.
• Analyzes, designs, documents and implements server environments including virtual servers, storage, backup/restore and AD security.
• Gathers user requirements and designs SharePoint collaboration apps and dashboards.
• Manages and troubleshoots servers (Citrix, Exchange, File/Print) and the DR environment.
• Maintains storage (SAN/NAS) supporting key systems like Exchange, SharePoint and Labvantage.
