Job summary

Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Lead System Administrator to drive the planning, design, and operation of our global IT systems infrastructure. You will lead a growing team, ensure data integrity and availability across cloud environments, and oversee regulatory compliance programs.

You will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations and partner with IT Security to implement best practices, change control, and disaster recovery. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related IT field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy & planning for global IT infrastructure and compliance.
• Oversee acquisition & integration of IT systems and services.
• Manage DoD IT environments with strong security posture and regulatory alignment.
• Develop, implement, and report on SLAs, KPIs, and capacity metrics.
• Build training programs and support enterprise IT transformation.
