Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Lead System Administrator to join its Corporate IT team. You will oversee planning, design, and operations of global IT systems, ensuring uptime and compliance across cloud and on-prem environments. The role reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations.

Visa sponsorship is not provided; applicants must have work authorization in the U.S. and be able to work across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree in IT field or engineering.
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 3+ years in a team lead role.
• Experience with DoD IT environments and security clearance preferred.
• Familiarity with SOX, HIPAA, SOC-2, GDPR, and NIST 800 controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and operation of global IT systems infrastructure.
• Manage capacity planning and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, DoN, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Partner with IT Security to enforce policies and change management.
