Job summary

Redwire Space in Denver, CO is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage daily IT operations and plan for growth of local and cloud networks. You will handle user accounts, server configurations, backups, and security controls across hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in IT (or equivalent) with 8+ years of related experience, active DoD clearance, and a Security+ certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with 8 years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret DOD security clearance required.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Windows and Linux administration and hardening at an enterprise level.
• Hybrid On-Premise & Intune Cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Administer and plan local and virtual networks for the business.
• Manage user accounts, file shares, permissions, and backups.
• Provide IT support across phones, printers, workstations, servers, and network gear.
• Apply NIST Cybersecurity Framework guidance and SP 800-171/800-53 controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes andDocumentation.
