Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative details and career development for group members.
• Convey information from management to group members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead, mentor, and build depth in area of expertise; address issues.
• Write job requisitions, review resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Shape Draper’s technology offerings and align capabilities with customer priorities.
• Ensure group compliance with Draper policies, procedures and training requirements.
