Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science fields

- 8+ years of progressive responsibility in systems engineering and design within product development, quality testing, and related technical engineering fields - especially electromechanical manufacturing

- Experience spanning industries such as Medical, Industrial, Automotive, Software, Aerospace, or similar

- 3+ years of Model Based Systems Engineering experience using modeling tools like CREO or CATIA

- Experience in MBSE, requirements writing and traceability, integration planning and execution, risk management, and product lifecycle design controls/quality systems

- Experience in leading cross functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship, and leading contracts/programs/projects as the prime technical lead

Job Description

A client in the Lakewood, CO area is looking for a senior Lead Systems Designer to join their R&D team. This candidate will lead the systems design team associated with a specific product line and will assist in leading this team through new product design lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have progressive System Engineering experience up to being a lead for a team. This role will be 75% guidance/leadership and 25% hands on, so this candidate will need to be very technically savvy with system engineering approached and MBSE technologies.

This role will pay based on related experience. Pay range: $120K-150K.
