Array is a financial innovation platform hiring a Lead Svelte Software Engineer for a remote contract-to-full-time role. You will shape front-end engineering, delivering scalable Svelte Web Components and driving design-system driven development across branding contexts.

Join a squad, own on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product Design and Principal Engineers to raise front-end quality while leveraging modern tooling and AI to ship faster with less toil.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including accessibility best practices.
• Experience developing mobile applications using Kotlin and/or Swift.
• 4+ years building embeddable UI components for white-labelling and accessibility.
• 2+ years building production-ready Web Components for external embedding.
• Experience with modern tooling, design systems and state management patterns.
• Experience consuming APIs backed by relational or document data sources.
• A portfolio showing strong frontend craftsmanship and component design.

Responsibilities
