Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Surveyor or equivalent role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of surveyors in the field with resources and support.
• Oversee data collection and the preparation of maps, plans, and legal descriptions.
• Ensure that survey work meets all necessary standards and regulations.
• Interpret survey results and decide on methods and equipment.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on project progress.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure team is trained.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager to meet schedule and budget.
