CAD and MS Office proficiency are preferred as you coordinate field crews and maintain project records. You will supervise staff, manage fieldwork, and collaborate with the Practice Leader to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability, with safety and regulatory compliance at the

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of relevant surveying experience.
• Strong technical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership and personnel management abilities.
• LSIT certification is required; CAD experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Follow safety procedures on all projects.
• Supervise survey staff, perform project research, boundary calculations, and data accuracy.
• Coordinate daily field work and assign crews.
• Work with Survey Practice Leader with minimal supervision.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare fieldwork budgets.
• Maintain contact with clients and contractors.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of survey vehicles and equipment.
• Assist Practice Leader with collections when requested.
• Prospect for new clients and opportunities.
• Aim to keep projects profitable.
