You will oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys while coordinating field crews and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field surveying crews.
• Strong understanding of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying.
• Experience operating total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and data collectors.
• Ability to interpret survey plans, deeds, maps and drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field surveying operations from start to finish.
• Perform boundary, topographic, existing conditions, and construction surveys.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment (total stations, GPS/GNSS, data collectors).
• Collect and verify accurate field measurements and survey data.
• Read survey plans, deeds, maps, and construction drawings.
• Establish survey control points and perform layout and staking.
