Qualifications

• 4+ years of land surveying field experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Record and report daily forms per project requirements.
• Adhere to scope, schedule, and budget; ensure tasks meet industry standards.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, staff, and supervisors to align on goals.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a survey crew of two to three personnel.
• Submit time sheets, mileage, and expenses on time each week.
