Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects seeks a Survey Crew Chief to lead field surveys, manage crew activities, and ensure accuracy and safety across projects in the Southwest. Experience with total stations, GPS, and scanning is preferred.

The role requires coordination with engineers and project managers, mentorship for junior staff, and travel to multiple sites with a focus on high-quality data collection and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Survey Crew Chief.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel away from Albuquerque ~65% of the time.
• FAA Part 107 UAS license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a survey crew in field surveys and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to meet requirements.
• Perform field surveys using total stations, GPS, UAS and levels to collect accurate data.
