Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant industry experience.
• At least one year of management/supervisory experience.
• Ability to read civil, architectural and structural plans.
• Experience in construction staking and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Knowledge of Riverside area codes, standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing construction bid documents and contracts.
• Manage construction projects, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate field staff and design teams; provide technical direction.
• Perform constructability reviews and uphold safety standards.
• Read civil, architectural and structural plans to support field crews.
