PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Surveillance Leader to manage shifts and oversee monitoring of electronic gaming devices, cages, and count room activities in Bangor, Maine.

You will ensure logs are complete and reports are ready for the Surveillance Manager and assist in investigations while adhering to policy. The role requires licensing eligibility with the Maine Gambling Control Board, and provides opportunities in a fast-paced, security-focused environment with support for career

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must read and write in English with good verbal communication.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Must qualify for licensing with the Maine Gambling Control Board.

Responsabilités

• Patrol surveillance monitoring room and record activity on DVRs; log and file recordings.
• Patrol facility entrances, Cashier's Cages, Main Bank and Count Rooms.
• Coordinate with Surveillance Manager to record and review activity; may be used as court evidence.
• Prepare daily logs of pertinent activity.
• Assist Security Department in crime prevention activities.
• Assist in detection of illegal activities in gaming, food & beverage, cage and count room areas.
• Adhere to all policies; conduct investigations as directed; produce reports.
