Job summary

• Prepare and configure equipment and instruments for procedures; ensure sterility.
• Assist with patient positioning and instrument handling during operations.
• Support surgeon and team; participate in room turnover and safety initiatives.
• Supervise staff without hiring/firing authority; comply with policy and union guidelines.
