• Experience with instrument handling and sterile technique in the operating room.
• Ability to precept and mentor new hires in OR procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills under surgical pressure.

Mansioni

• Hands instruments and supplies to surgeon, holds retractors, and assists as directed during surgery.
• Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, and equipment before patient entry.
• Prepares and gowns gloves for staff; assists in positioning patient on OR table.
• Maintains sterile field and reports any breaks in sterility immediately.
• Assists with draping, wound closure steps, and specimen handling as needed.
• Provides timely reports on case status and coordinates with the Surgical Tech Supervisor.
