Qualifications

• Certified Veterinary Technician with strong surgery/anesthesia interest.
• Experience preparing patients for surgical procedures is preferred.
• Excellent client communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead surgical workflow and coordinate with veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead technician for scheduled surgical procedures.
• Prepare patients: venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia induction, monitoring.
• Maintain surgical instruments and equipment; ensure sterile environment.
• Record vital signs and anesthetic parameters accurately.
• Provide post-operative monitoring and client education.
