Job summary

Charles Lea Center in Spartanburg, SC, seeks a Program Manager to oversee two Woodruff, SC locations, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective operations, and high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities and special needs.

The role supervises Lead DSPs and DSPs, maintains facility operations, and, under the guidance of leadership, supports individuals in achieving meaningful goals, community involvement, and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred, or AA with relevant experience.
• Minimum supervisory experience and ability to manage staff.
• Experience with electronic health records and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Supervise Lead DSPs and DSPs; assist with staffing and training.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain program documentation and prepare reports.
