Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager at Level 1 to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of material and subcontract content across programs. You will forecast, budget, and manage supplier performance while coordinating closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams.

The role requires a solid background in FAR/DFAR, ITAR/EAR awareness, and the ability to secure a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience; or Master’s with 3 years; additional 4+ years acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 1 year of team leader and/or people management experience.
• Subcontracts, procurement, or material management/planning experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, planning, and execution of all material and subcontract content for a program throughout the acquisition process.
• Manage material budget, resource planning, forecasting, schedule performance, risk management, and supplier performance.
• Review RFPs and requirements to ensure flow down to suppliers and subcontracts strategies that align with award criteria.
• Lead and drive initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency; coordinate with PMO and executives on program status.
