Job summary

X Energy, LLC in Rockville, MD seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Digital Transformation to lead deployment, integration, and continuous improvement of digital tools, systems, and analytics across the supply chain. You will collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and IT to drive automation, dashboards, and KPI development, while ensuring cybersecurity and data integrity.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, MRP, P2P, and data visualization will help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• Twelve years of experience in supply chain, operations technology, or IT systems implementation in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience leading digital transformation projects in manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the digital roadmap for supply chain systems.
• Lead the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of ERP, MRP, P2P, and demand planning tools.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility and enable predictive insights.
• Coordinate with IT, audit, finance to ensure data integrity and system controls.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training for adoption of new technologies.
