Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Solutions & Analytics Manager in the United States to lead the design, development, and ongoing improvement of scalable digital reporting and analytics. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into insights and deliver solutions end-to-end, leveraging Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Azure, and AI tooling.

The role requires 5+ years in Supply Chain Analytics, deep Power BI expertise, and strong data governance across SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, IT or similar).
• 5+ years in Supply Chain Operations/Analytics or related areas with cross-functional project experience.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, dashboards and storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, enterprise data sources and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment and enhancement of scalable digital reporting and analytics using Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Azure and related tools.
• Manage data integration and transformation across SAP, WMS, Dayforce and other sources with governance and automation.
• Translate business challenges into dashboards and actionable insights; identify trends, risks and improvements.
• Leverage Generative AI/Copilot and emerging tech to enhance analytics, RCA and decision making.
• Define and improve Supply Chain KPIs and reporting; align with Logistics, Demand Planning and Customer Service.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and measure operational impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops; develop a digital solutions pipeline and manage project plans, milestones and risks.
• Oversee end-to-end analytics projects from requirements to testing, implementation, training and post-launch support.
