Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Engineer to lead a team of 6-12 professionals and drive quality across supplier contracts, POs, and statements of work. You will implement MRB and FAI processes and ensure rigorous supplier evaluations and corrective actions.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, NADCAP familiarity, and the ability to travel to supplier sites as needed. A DoD clearance or eligibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Hands-on MRB, FAI (AS9102), and supplier source inspection/acceptance experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of 6-12 direct reports.
• Ensure supplier quality plans and acceptance criteria are complete and effective.
• Lead audits, inspections, SCPs, and supplier performance reviews.
