Henkel Corporation is seeking a Supplier Quality leader to drive quality compliance and supplier performance within our Adhesive Technologies unit. You will lead cost collection, supplier complaint resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen reliability across sites.

In this role, you will analyze supplier quality data, pursue 8D investigations, implement corrective actions, and share lessons learned to continuously improve processes and products for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supplier quality activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Drive the cost collection process within our sites and trigger the cost recovery process with suppliers.
• Drive supplier complaint resolution, including 8d investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Analyze supplier quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Quality, R&D, Operations, and Procurement teams to strengthen supplier performance and reliability.
