Job summary

RTX/Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Sustainment seeks an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead the quality function for a global supplier and repair network. This Senior Manager will drive robust processes, issue resolution, and First Article Inspection governance within a complex sustainment environment.

The position requires leading SQEs, ensuring compliance with AS9100/AS13000, and coordinating cross-functional teams across F119, F100, and F135 programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, or related field; 10 years aerospace/quality experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in supplier quality, RCCA, AS9100/AS13000, and FAI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead SQEs and provide functional guidance for the Sustainment Supplier Quality org.
• Serve as focal point for quality investigations, containment, RCA, and CAPA closure.
• Act as FAI SME and govern FAI requirements for Military Engines Sustainment.
• Oversee qualification, oversight, and compliance for repair supplier base.
• Develop and maintain supplier risk analyses and mitigation across global sustainment network.
• Oversee quality management for equipment OEM/repair activities supporting F119/F135 programs.
