Job summary

Qualifications

Degree or advanced degree in business, finance, supply chain or related fields.
8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading preferred supplier programs.
Experience managing supplier onboarding and risk management tools and processes with enterprise systems.
Experience using data, automation, or AI tools to support decision-making.
Strong cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder influence.
Analytical, data-driven decision making with strong communication skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and detail oriented with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain supplier onboarding programs, ensuring the process meets business needs.
Enrich supplier experience by leading transformational initiatives and risk management efforts.
Monitor supplier compliance and communicate progress, risks and benefits to management.
Collaborate with teams to understand requirements of the supplier risk program and identify enhancements.
Manage project execution and tool implementation with SME guidance.
Provide expertise in source-to-pay, supplier risk management, procurement tech, and transformation.
