Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with priorities and financial stewardship.
• Establish procurement policies and governance for accountability, transparency, and regulatory readiness.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess current and future procurement needs and identify opportunities.
• Use spend analysis and market data to inform sourcing decisions.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, onboarding, renewal and offboarding.
• Monitor vendor performance against metrics and contractual commitments.
• Lead issue escalation and remediation when performance or compliance fall short.
• Promote supplier accountability and long-term partnerships.
