You will connect families with schools, healthcare, and social services, provide crisis intervention when needed, and collaborate with professionals to develop service plans and monitor progress. A valid driver’s license and flexibility are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Rural Iowa Exception: May qualify with four years of combined education and/or relevant experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home support and teach practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connect families with community resources such as schools and healthcare.
• Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with teachers, doctors, and social workers.
• Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain documentation.
