Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Lincoln City, Oregon. You will maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience, while embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.

You will lead the implementation of company initiatives, support full operation of the business, and maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development, mentoring the team on clienteling and building long-term relationships.

  • Physical ability to lift 25–50 pounds and move on the sales floor.

Brand Ambassador
  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Provide HR and conflict‑resolution support to the team and district in the absence of leadership.
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for all team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Base Pay Range (U.S.)

$16.00–$24.75 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
