Qualifications

• Strong leadership and clear communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years in underground utilities and wet utilities.
• Experience across site development phases: dirt, utilities, grading, etc.
• 5+ years reading blueprints and specs for underground utilities.
• 5+ years in water, sanitary sewer, and storm distribution systems.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand, enforce, and carry out Safety Policies.
• Create Job Hazard Analysis for assigned tasks and perform safety inspections.
• Schedule and document inspections, quality testing, and compliance.
• Comply with Dust Control, SWPPP, and environmental requirements.
• Schedule and order materials, inspections, equipment, and workforce.
• Directly supervise jobsite crews to meet specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with personnel and subcontractors to prevent delays.
• Manage day-to-day operations and keep the PM team informed.
