Nabholz Construction Services in Tulsa, OK, seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site production, direct craftspeople and subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety on the project.

The ideal candidate will manage short and long-term production schedules, coordinate with engineers and the project team, and uphold safety standards while delivering the project per plans and schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience grading operations on highway/roadwork and storm drainage projects.
• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
• Ability to read plans and supervise large teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site production and supervise craftspeople and subcontractors.
• Ensure conformity to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Develop short and long-term production schedules and monitor progress.
• Lead weekly job-site coordination and safety meetings.
• Administer job-site safety program and equipment scheduling.
• Maintain liaison with owner, engineers, and project manager.
