Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Lead Superintendent to manage on-site construction for commercial projects in Charlotte. You will lead subcontractors and construction teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive projects from planning through completion.

The role requires 10+ years of Lead Superintendent experience on commercial builds, independent oversight, and experience delivering multi-storey, ground-up projects valued at $10M-$20M+. Sitework knowledge and hospitality project experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Lead Superintendent experience on commercial projects.
• Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience delivering multi-storey, ground-up buildings valued at $10M-$20M+.
• Sitework experience and strong knowledge of field operations.
• Hotel/hospitality project experience preferred.
