Recruitify USA is seeking a Construction Superintendent for an active multistory commercial project in Miami. This hands-on role requires running daily jobsite operations with one supporting field team member, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate has broad construction knowledge, takes initiative, and can manage shell, MEP coordination, finishes, and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience independently running commercial or multistory construction jobsites as a Superintendent.
• Broad construction experience across shell, windows, stucco, roofing, MEP, drywall, and finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate work according to plans and specifications.
• Spanish fluency with ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking field personnel and subcontractors.

• Manage work sequencing and short-term schedules to keep construction progressing.

• Coordinate with project management and oversee field documentation, inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Identify field issues and resolve problems before they impact the project.
• Supervise and provide direction to one supporting field team member.

About the Role

We're working with a vertically integrated real estate development and construction company seeking a Construction Superintendent for an active multistory commercial project in Miami.

The company develops, builds, owns, and manages its properties and is continuing to grow its internal construction team.

This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone who can independently run daily jobsite operations with one field team member working underneath them. The ideal candidate has broad construction knowledge, takes initiative, and can coordinate multiple trades and construction phases through completion.

Spanish fluency is required for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day field operations and site supervision.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel across multiple trades.
• Manage work sequencing and short-term schedules to keep construction progressing.
• Oversee exterior and envelope work, civil/site work, MEP coordination, interior build-out, and finishes.
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications.

What We're Looking For

• Spanish fluency, including the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish‑speaking field personnel and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, organizational, and field leadership skills.
• Proactive and able to think independently in a fast‑moving field environment.
• Comfortable managing subcontractors and holding trades accountable for schedules and quality.
• Able to work onsite in Miami, Florida.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience and overall qualifications.
