Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Nebraska (La Vista) to own outcomes from kickoff to closeout. You will drive schedule, budget, and quality, partnering with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal teams while maintaining sharp cost controls and robust reporting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commercial construction, 3+ years in a PM role, and a track record of accountability, teamwork, and safety on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects is a strong plus.
• Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.
• You lead with accountability and own outcomes, not just tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of commercial projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Drive execution against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Anticipate risk and make decisions that protect the project.
• Partner with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal teams.
• Manage contracts, cost controls, documentation, and reporting with precision.
• Hold stakeholders accountable and communicate proactively.
